Exercise bike
A fitness bike, also known as a "power bike" in the field of sports science, is an aerobic fitness equipment that simulates outdoor exercise and is also known as cardiovascular training equipment. 1. Classify according to riding posture
Vertical exercise bike: This type of exercise bike is closer to a regular bicycle, with a relatively free range of physical activity when pedaling. It can be pedaled in a sitting or standing position, making it easier for lower limb muscles to exert force and allowing for a greater range of changes in exercise intensity.

Backbacked (horizontal) exercise bike: This type of exercise bike has a backrest and pedals in the front, and its movement is similar to the pedaling rowing posture. 2. Classification based on resistance adjustment methods
Popular fitness bikes: including various types such as round tube, square tube, handle fixed, friction resistance, etc. Generally, chain transmission is used, and the riding resistance is infinitely adjustable by a rotary loader. The riding speed and mileage can be displayed intuitively through mechanical or electronic instruments, and the timing and announcement of the exercise can be set freely by the operator.
Dynamometer fitness bike: In addition to its universal functions, it also has the ability to test the output power and resistance torque of cycling, as well as the effective conversion function of calorie energy, which can help fitness enthusiasts master the balance of daily energy intake and output.

Programmable Reluctance Fitness Bike: This is a product of mechatronics integration, which replaces the chain drive of a typical fitness bike with a synchronous belt drive, and changes the resistance source of mechanical friction to a magnetic resistance source. Due to the emergence of motors and computer programs, the resistance adjustment stages of electromagnetic controlled fitness bikes can be more subtle, and the set program allows for automatic changes in resistance during exercise, forming a program that simulates natural environments such as mountain climbing, mountains, and intervals, suitable for higher-level users.

Self generating fitness bike: This is a new type of green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, low-carbon, and pollution-free new energy product. Its main feature is that the transmission system of the fitness bike is equipped with a speed increasing mechanism and a power generation device, which can convert the physical energy consumed by people during exercise into electrical energy and store it in the fitness bike. When electricity is needed, it can be automatically inverted to 220V AC power, or it can generate electricity while exercising and directly supply power.
