The Republic of Cameroon (English:, Yaoundé, the capital, has a population of 28.61 million (2023), and there are about 200 nationalities, mainly including Fulbe, Bamilek, Equatorial Bantu, etc,sports fitness   .

Cameroon is located in central western Africa, bordering the Gulf of Guinea to the southwest, Nigeria to the northwest, Chad to the northeast, the Central African Republic to the east, Congo to the southeast, and Gabon and Equatorial Guinea to the south. Cameroon is wide in the south and narrow in the north, forming a triangle.
