It is made of several layers of gauze, and its texture is flexible. It is mainly used to cover wounds and absorb secretions; Wounds with more bleeding and secretions can be thickened and covered.

Wild survival skills -- how to find the right path

As long as there is sun, you can use your watch to find out the direction.

Search for water and collect water

1. When drinking the water at the ponding place in the depression, it must be disinfected, precipitated and then boiled for drinking.

2. Rainwater collection: dig a hole in the ground, pave a layer of plastic, and surround it with clay to effectively collect rainwater.

3. The water source can be found by tracking the tracks of animals, birds, insects or humans.

Wild survival skills: finding and collecting water

Life can't live without water. Normal people can live for three weeks without food, but they can't live for three days without water. So water should be given priority. Here are some tips to help you quickly find or collect water in the wild.

1. The first place to look for water source is at the bottom of the valley. In high mountain areas, water should be found along the rock cracks. Dry rivers

The spring hole is often dug in the bed sand and stone area.

2. At the coast, a pit shall be dug above the highest waterline, and a layer of filter water with a thickness of about 5cm is likely to float on the seawater layer with high density.

3. When drinking the water at the ponding place in the depression, it must be disinfected, precipitated and then boiled for drinking.

4. Rainwater collection: dig a hole in the ground, pave a layer of plastic, and surround it with clay to effectively collect rainwater.

5. Condensate: put a plastic bag on a section of densely leafed twig, and transpiration on the leaf surface will produce condensate.

6. The water source can be found by tracking the trace of animals, birds, insects or human beings.

7. Water taking from plants: There is often water in the internodes of hollow plants such as bamboos, and there is often drinkable juice in vines. The fruits and stems of palm and cactus plants contain rich water.

8. Solar distiller: In arid desert areas, the following methods can be used to better collect water: dig a pit about 90cm wide and 45cm deep on the relatively humid ground, place a water collector in the center of the pit bottom, and hang a plastic film pulled into an arc on the pit surface. The light can raise the temperature of the moist soil and air in the pit, generate water vapor by evaporation, and the water vapor will condense into drops when it contacts with the plastic film, and then slide into the utensils.

Open fire

What can fire do? Cook the food. It is true, but it has many other uses, such as: fire releases heat to generate warmth, which will save heat loss in the body; It can dry clothes; Smoked meat can be kept fresh for a long time; It can scare away dangerous beasts; Its smoke can drive away pests, and can also forge metal forging tools... How awesome! I'll teach you some moves to learn how to make a fire in the wild.

The first thing is to find flammable kindling materials: such as dry grass, dry leaves, birch bark, pine needles, pine resin, twigs, paper, cotton, etc.

The second is to pick up dry firewood: dry firewood should be dry and incorruptible tree trunks or branches. Try to choose hardwood such as pine, oak, oak, birch, locust, mountain cherry and mountain apricot, which will burn for a long time, with large fire and more charcoal. Do not pick up the firewood close to the ground. The firewood close to the ground has high humidity, is not easy to burn, and is smoky.

The next step is to clear a flat area away from dry grass and firewood. Place the igniter in the middle, gently put fine pine branches and dry firewood on it, then erect larger and longer firewood, and then ignite the igniter. The fire pile shall be set according to local conditions, which can be designed as cone, star, "parallel", side by side, roof, pasture, etc. You can also use stones to support dry firewood or lean it against the rock wall, and then place a figure below
